RETURNS & REFUNDS — NO FLUFF, NO NONSENSE
We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and all that jazz — straight up, no fluff.
✅ 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong thing?
No problem — you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Here’s the deal:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags must be attached
-
Returned items are inspected upon receipt

Items showing use, wear, odor, damage, or alteration may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount

Refunds go back to the original payment method only

No store credit or gift cards
-
You are responsible for return shipping
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may be refused.

❌ FINAL SALE ITEMS
Some things are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

Discounted or clearance items

Limited Editions, Pre-Orders, and Finds

Masks or other hygienic products
No exceptions.
🚫 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS SOLELY AT OUR DISCRETION IF:

It’s been more than 30 days

The item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.

You return an item without a valid reason or required proof
-
Required items (tags, packaging, promotional items) are missing
-
There’s funny business (you know what we mean)
📸 IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
We’re not perfect. If something shows up broken or defective:

Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue and original packaging

Requests without visual proof will not be processed
Once reviewed, we’ll decide whether a refund or replacement makes sense. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or normal use is not considered a defect.
⚠️ RETURN FEES & SHIPPING NOTES
Some companies bake return costs into their pricing — we don’t do that shit, so no one is paying for other people’s returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your order shipped free or at a reduced rate, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost paid by ANVÄNDA from your refund

Shipping costs reflect carrier charges and are not penalties

All shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable

Use any carrier you want — keep your tracking number
🎁 FREE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If your order included any free item — promo, bundle, gift, or courtesy item:

That item must be returned with your order

If it is not returned, you authorize ANVÄNDA to deduct or charge the full retail price of that item from your refund or original payment method
This authorization survives cancellation, refund, or dispute.
📦 WHERE TO SEND RETURNS
Returns must be shipped to our official fulfillment center.

No third-party drop locations

No “post office limbo”

Return instructions and address are provided after approval

🧾 HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days

Bank processing times vary — we don’t control that part
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information do not qualify for refunds.
🤝 BOUGHT FROM A DEALER OR THIRD PARTY?
If you didn’t buy directly from anvanda.com, you’ll need to work with that retailer.
ANVÄNDA is not the merchant of record for third-party purchases and cannot process returns or refunds for them.
⚖️ DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to follow this policy before initiating a payment dispute.
Orders placed using the customer’s payment method, shipping address, and associated transaction data are considered authorized.
Carrier delivery confirmation, inspection records, customer communications, and this policy will be used in response to disputes. Disputes that ignore these terms may result in denied refunds, collections by 3rd parties, and/or account restrictions.
