We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and all that jazz — straight up, no fluff.


✅ 30-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong thing?
No problem. You’ve got 30 days from the date of your order to return it.

Here’s the deal:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • We don’t do store credit or gift cards — refunds go straight back to your original payment method

  • You’re responsible for return shipping


❌ Final Sale Items

Some items can’t be returned. These are FINAL SALE:

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Limited Editions, Pre-orders, and Finds

  • Masks (hygiene rules)


🚫 We Reserve The Right To Deny Returns If:

  • It’s past 30 days

  • The item looks used, damaged, or altered

  • You send it back without proof of damage or reason for return

  • There’s funny business (you know what we mean)


📸 If It’s Damaged

We’re not perfect. If your item arrives broken or defective:

  • Email us at support@anvanda.com

  • Include photos or a short video showing the issue

  • We’ll review it fast and do the right thing — refund or replace, no drama


⚠️ Return Fees & Shipping Notes

  • We don’t pad our prices for return costs — you cover your own return shipping

  • If you got free or discounted shipping and return your order, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund

  • All shipping charges (original + return) are non-refundable

  • You can use any carrier you like, but keep the tracking number


📦 Where To Ship Your Return

Returns must go to our official fulfillment center — no 3rd-party drop spots or random post office limbo.

We'll send you instructions + the return address once your return is approved.


🧾 How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days

  • Timing depends on your bank’s speed — we don’t control that part


🤝 Bought From a Dealer?

If you didn’t buy directly from anvanda.com, you need to handle returns with that retailer. We can’t process returns for 3rd party sellers.
