We’re obsessed with making some of the most durable, functional gear on the planet. But if your ANVÄNDA product shows a legit defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — plain and simple.


🔍 What’s Covered

If you:

  • Bought from an authorized ANVÄNDA dealer

  • Have proof of purchase

  • Used it as intended

  • Didn’t mess with it (no DIY mods or weird fixes)

…then you're good. We’ll take care of it.

Covered:

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Defects in materials

  • Problems that arise with normal use under our guidelines

Not covered:

  • Scratches, scuffs, or “oops” moments

  • Third-party alterations or repairs

  • General wear and tear

  • Color fading over time

  • Damage from using it in ways it wasn’t meant to be used

If a limited edition item is no longer available, we’ll hook you up with the closest thing we’ve got.


🧾 How To File A Warranty Claim

  1. Fill out our Warranty Claim Form

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

  3. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA#)

  4. Ship it back to us with the RMA# + proof of purchase

Pro tip: Use solid packaging and keep your tracking number.

This is a limited warranty. No one — not resellers, agents, or third-party retailers — can change or extend it. It’s only valid in the U.S.

We are not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Losses related to delays, shipping, or personal inconvenience

Some states don’t allow these exclusions, so parts may not apply to you.
