Shipping Policy

At ANVÄNDA®, we move fast. Because you’ve got sh*t to do, and we want to get your gear in your hands, not stuck in a warehouse.


📦 How It Works

Processing Time:
Orders ship out within 1–3 business days after you place them.

U.S. Orders:
Delivered via FedEx, USPS, or DHL within 1–4 business days after processing. You’ll get a tracking number in your inbox the moment your order leaves our hands.

International Orders:
Shipping takes 7–10 business days, depending on your country. Customs delays? Out of our control. But we’ll always do our part fast.

Shipping Holidays:
We don’t ship on major U.S. holidays. FedEx, USPS, and DHL don’t either. Add a little grace time around New Year’s, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Free Shipping:
Available on U.S. orders over $100 — automatic, no code needed.


✈️ Carriers We Use

We only ship with the big dogs:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL

You’ll always get a tracking number when your package ships. If it’s marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier directly — they’ve got the routes, we don’t.


🚫 We’re Not Liable For:

  • Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but gone missing

  • Orders stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes

  • Customs delays or international import duties

  • Packages delivered to incomplete or incorrect addresses (double-check your info at checkout)

We ship domestically across the contiguous United States and internationally to most countries.
