We want to get you your ANVÄNDA® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Great F*cking Bag, Mini Wallet, Camera Insert, Toiletry Bag to use asap.

ANVÄNDA offers discounted FedEx, GLS & DHL shipping on qualified orders. 

ANVÄNDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items when shipped to you.

Reminder: All Använda bags may require additional covid processing time. If you haven’t received your package but it says delivered, make sure to contact the shipping carrier with the tracking info as we will no longer be responsible. 

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the United States and a few other countries. This free shipping may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold.

ANVÄNDA uses FedEx/Usps/ DHL service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless stock levels requiresotherwise or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. 2-Day FedEx Express is an estimated shipping time, please allow for extra days during the holiday season. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, please look in your inbox.

ANVÄNDA ships internationally to most countries through our partnership with Sfc and other shipping centers. These partners provide us with a global eCommerce solution for our international shoppers. By partnering with them, we can now provide product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Custom delays are out of our control and may add an indeterminable amount of days to your shipment. Certain products are only available overseas and will be sent internationally to you. If you choose to return your order and you received free shipping with you order, you will be responsible for reimbursing the actual shipping costs both to and from your destination.


To access the international country selector, or for a list of available shipping countries and shopping currencies, click Change Country in the footer of the website to select your country and currency. Once a country is selected, product prices will appear in the local currency and order totals will be populated to include international shipping costs.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your ANVÄNDA products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your order. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and in the original packing.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, or 3rd party website, their return policy if any applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Body: Attach clear photos that show the damage
We will apply a refund to the original method of payment if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 10-14 business days after we receive the item depending on our bandwith and your bank.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 30 calendar days since the order or if we determine there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.


Requirements for Refund:
Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE shows that the items we sent were defective.
Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained, as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
Full Refund will be given at our discretion if customers provided full Information regarding defective item.
All Sale / Discounted Items, Pre-Order, Limited Edition or Finds are FINAL SALE. For health/hygienic reasons all masks are FINAL SALE. 
Some companies build in return fees into their prices but we don't do that shit, so no one is paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.

- Return items must be delivered to our fulfilment centers, no one will pick up from 3rd party packstations.

hipping charges are non-refundable If you received free or reduced shipping with your order and you return the ordered item, you will be responsible for the full original shipping costs. All listed shipping costs on this site are reduced.

Your failure to fully pay amounts that you owe us on demand will be a breach of this Agreement. You will be liable for our costs associated with collection of your delinquent payments account and related chargebacks in addition to the amount owed, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses, costs of any arbitration or court proceeding, collection agency fees, and any applicable interest.

- In case of return for refund, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost paid by Använda (i.e. Free Shipping cost but actually paid by Använda) from refund. If you dispute these fees we reserve the right to charge you for handling such a dispute.

Please make sure you order the correct size by checking the size chart for each product. If you are not sure about the size you should order, please feel free to contact us at and ask any question you may have, we will help you.


You can return your item(s) purchased from up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund if conditions above are met. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. ANVÄNDA does not offer store credit or gift cards. ANVÄNDA does not accept returns on items purchased outside of For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. If you dispute these shipping costs you will also be liable for the any fees incurred by Använda related to such a dispute. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from ANVÄ via website.

Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, ect. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.

Disclaimer: Anvanda is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, misdelivered or damaged during transit. However, If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and a 10% re-stocking fee.
