SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
ANVÄNDA® processes orders promptly so you can use your gear as soon as possible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
ANVÄNDA is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, you must contact the carrier directly. Carrier confirmation of delivery supersedes customer claims of non-receipt.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All shipping times are estimates only and not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information are outside ANVÄNDA’s control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International customers are solely responsible for:

Import restrictions

Delays caused by customs authorities
Refusal to pay customs fees or refusal of delivery does not constitute a return and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed

In original packaging

With all tags attached
Items failing inspection may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount depending on our discretion.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to defect:

You must submit clear (unedited) photos or video evidence

Evidence must show the defect and packaging

Requests without proof will not be processed
Damage caused by wear, misuse, or normal use is not considered a defect.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable:

Sale or discounted items

Pre-orders

Limited editions

Finds

Masks or hygienic products
No exceptions.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
Some companies bake return costs into their pricing — we don’t do that shit, so no one is paying for other people’s returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If free or reduced shipping was provided, ANVÄNDA may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund

Returns must be shipped to ANVÄNDA fulfillment centers; third-party pickup is not accepted
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
PROMOTIONAL & FREE ITEMS
If your order includes any item provided free of charge, including promotional items, bundled items, gifts, or courtesy replacements:

All such items must be returned with the main order.

Failure to return a free item authorizes ANVÄNDA to deduct or charge the full retail value of that item from your refund or original payment method.
This authorization survives cancellation, refund, or dispute.
REFUND METHOD & TIMING

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

Processing may take 10–14 business days after receipt and inspection
ANVÄNDA reserves the right to deny refunds:

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

Contact ANVÄNDA first to attempt resolution

Comply with all return and proof requirements before initiating a dispute
Unauthorized disputes inconsistent with this policy may result in:

Denial of refund

Deduction of shipping, handling, or promotional item value

Account restrictions or future order cancellation
Carrier delivery confirmation, photographic inspection records, and this policy will be used as evidence in dispute representment.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Returns and refunds apply only to purchases made directly through ANVÄNDA.com. Purchases from third-party retailers are governed by their respective policies.
FINAL DISCLAIMERS
ANVÄNDA does not price match competitors or dealers.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to claim delivery, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund less shipping and applicable fees.
