Our high-quality dust face mask is designed for comfort while wearing over an extended period of time. Most importantly, it has 5 layers to help keep out harmful air born pollutants, dust, vehicle exhaust, pollen, etc.
This mask, with its carbon filter, is designed to filter out at least 95% of particulates larger than 0.3 microns in diameter.
This mask is designed to be more tightly fitted to the face than a common mask, and filters air particles very effectively.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER: The carbon filter is designed to filter out at least 95% of particles that are larger than 0.3 microns in diameter. The filter is made of five layers of non-woven and activated charcoal microfiber. It provides great protection against non-oil based aerosols,and blocks particles from grinding, sanding, and sweeping. It also filters out flour, pollen, metal, wood dust and other air borne particles.
MULTI APPLICATIONS: There are a variety of uses for this dust mask, from mowing to running, cycling, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities. It works in filtering pollen. Besides, If you live in an area prone to forest fires, this dust mask can protect you from the smoke and ash. Its lightweight design allows for more comfortable use.
ADJUSTABLE NOSE PIECE: The dust mask employs a strip on the outside across the bridge of the nose that can be bent for a custom fit. The nose piece is flexible enough to form a secure fit around the top of the mask. It comes with a soft foam padding that can be incorporated on the inside across the bridge of the nose to reduce fogging and provide all-day comfort. PLEASE ADHERE THE SUPPLIED FOAM NOSE PADDING TO PREVENT GLASSES FROM FOGGING UP IN COLD WEATHER.
DOUBLE STRAPPING SYSTEM:
Our A Style mask is smart-designed as it uses both a loop system which sits comfortably behind the ears to keep it firmly in place, and it also has Velcro strapping behind the head so there is no need to constantly readjust the mask or have it slip. The durable design ensures a comfortable and firm fit which prevents dust and other contaminants from penetrating the mask.
BREATHING VALUES: Using a mask with two expiratory valves allow you to exhale more easily and helps reduce heat accumulation.
When inhaling, the mouth cover will be closed to ensure that no particles enter. As you exhale, the cap opens and lets the moist, hot air out. At the same time, there is a soft mouth cover inside, which helps to keep out small particles.
EASY BREATHING AND REDUCE OVERHEATING: The two dual one-way exhalation valves prevent fogging and overheating exceptionally well. Thanks to its neoprene construction, it is more well-ventilated, breathable, and quick-drying. It is especially useful for those who need to wear a mask for hours at a time. It is good to replace the filter every 25-30 hours if the mask is used extensively in heavily dusty operations, such as grain bins, off-loading, construction/demolition, and so on.
